Rainbow Dash must have forgot, In the heat of the moment, that only Pegasus can be on clouds.Anyway the semester is over and now that I’ve heartily failed my finals I can focus on pony. Well maybe.

it takes imagination. say the pegasi can slow down the speed of falling ponies is they mash the clouds together to like increase the density. or something. but it only slows down the fall so they would need to be launched back up to be caught by the other pegasi.

Eh, who am I kidding? Twilight is terrible at actually figuring stuff out. She PHAILED at experimental data gathering and theory proving/disproven over the Pinkie Sense, declaring victory (and defeat) way too early multiple times. She publicly humiliated herself when she tried to called Chrysa-dence evil with no evidence. And don't get me started on the end to "Two Many Pinkies."
So...as long Twilight is not being "MMMMYstery on the friendship express" Twilight today, everypony will be just fine. Well, I'm relieved. Now I'm going to snap a faygo....

I Think its because Dash spun the clouds together and made them so compact that they where able to hold everypony. My other gess is that Twilight cast the spell that allowed them to walk on clouds before they went to see dash because the wonder bolt academy is on the top of a mountain and they would be expecting there would be a lot of clouds thats they would have to walk on

I was thinking that maybe if you condensed clouds enough, it would be solid enough for anypony to walk on temporarily, so long as said condensing persists. Theoretically, the physics for that make sense, and throw in a bit of the natural magic Equestria sports everywhere...
