Amazing work!
Only a couple of problems at a glance:
1. Her right front leg is a bit funky where it connects to her body. I'm not sure if there was a problem during the export, because I know from first-hand experience that the transition to PNG sometimes screws parts of the image up.
2. The curve in her ear should be more in the middle and not towards the bottom
3. The eyes should be made with the ellipse tool and about the same size, and all the eyelashes at the bottom of her right eye should be pointing down
4. The loops in Pinkie's tail should be the same width as the outline
Beyond that, there really isn't anything else. The only thing I'd suggest technique-wise is to work on tapering the lines so they end up being smoother, especially the ends of her mane and tail

3. they are made with the ellipse tool. But I agree that the size is a touch off.
4. I'm afraid I don't think you're right on that one, look at a bunch of pinkie vectors in the vector club gallery...

Since this is my first time actually giving feedback, most of the stuff I noticed were things I myself would have changed, so I just kind of went for it.
I personally have never seen Pinkie's eyelashes go in different directions in any other vectors, so I've just formed a habit of making them all the same. You don't have to change it for the sake of my OCD.

Oh duh, I thought for #4 you were talking about eyelashes when it was obviously the loops. And once again I have never seen an instance in other vectors where it was different.

I'm guessing you made the loops and tail separately, whereas whenever I vector Pinkie, everything is continuous. It's not a problem, just a difference in technique.
