Strongman, Geologist, and Freight Manager of the Lightspeed Protectors, Oliver is the one with the most physical strength on the team. He's gutsy and no pushover but is also caring and helpful to his friends. Oliver is also a Terra Wielder, being able to manipulate rocks, dirt, and plants at will. It's not well-known what Oliver's highest strength level is at, but the previous recording was for five tons, easily making the horse one of the physically strongest members to graduate from any SDF training facility. Oliver's favorite activities include weight lifting and studying rock samples.

Oliver prefers land vehicles but is no stranger to being a pilot. As such, his Landslide tank/bomber fills both rolls with its strong armor and armament. When it comes to weapons, Oliver prefers the heavier items such as his Energy Smasher, which can coat its "blade" in rocks and send some of them flying thanks to the Level 9 Terra Crystal in its hilt. He's also skilled with other weapons like the Troop Mower (a gatling gun) and a Missile King (a rocket launcher).
