Description
It was a normal day for Joltex as he went into the forest, he even brought his sword along as usual since he was out of town. Joltex walked along a river for a good distance until he saw someone by the same river. It was a dark purple Imp Wyngro, and it was just placing something on the low branch of a tree. As he got a closer look, Joltex realized who it was: Azoth. Joltex didn’t know much about the Imp Wyngro, but he knew plenty from Cynder, who apparently met Azoth on occasion.

“I know you’re there.” Azoth says, not bothering to look at his visitor.

“Sorry.” Joltex says as he walks closer, “I didn’t mean to stare.”

“I know.” Azoth says as he turns to Joltex, “An Imp Wyngro is difficult to come across these days.”

As Joltex looked as Azoth, he was surprised. He was clearly taller than he was, being an Imp Wyngro, which made Azoth look intimidating. But Joltex could tell from his expression that he was happy to meet another Wyngro.

“I take it that you’re Azoth, right?” Joltex asks,

“That is correct.” Azoth says,

“I thought so.” Joltex says, “It’s nice to finally meet you.”

“And who might you be?” Azoth asks,

“I’m Joltex Stormblaze.” Joltex replies,

“I see, someone mentioned you once.” Azoth says, “A young female Wyngro if I’m correct.”

“I think I know who you’re talking about.” Joltex says, “Purple fur, amber eyes, leaf markings, long fluffy ears, occasionally wears a jacket and goggles?”

“That’s the one.” Azoth says, “Her name was Cynder Leclair if I remember correctly.”

“That’s right.” Joltex says, “Cynder is a friend of mine.”

“I see.” Azoth says, then he chuckles. “The first time I met her, she was wearing my robe.”

“I'm guessing that it's the same robe drying on that branch?" Joltex asks, pointing to the aformentioned robe, which he noticed earlier as well as the fact that Azoth surprisingly wasn't wearing anything.

“It is.” Azoth says, “I think I'm correct in that you're surprised by my appearance.”

“I am.” Joltex says, “Sometimes when I meet Wyngrew who prefer to wear clothes, I somehow meet them when they’re not wearing anything. I certainly didn’t expect the same for when I met you.”

“Well, I did just finish washing my robe after some tea was spilt on it.” Azoth says, “But it is normal for Wyngrew to wear nothing or only very few things.”

“I agree with that.” Joltex says, “When I go outside, I wear what I have on right now.”

“Do you take that sword outside each time?” Azoth says, pointing at the sword hilt sticking out from behind Joltex’s shoulder.

“Only when I leave town.” Joltex says, “I’ve heard about dangerous things that are out here in the forest, so I never come unless I’m able to defend myself.”

“Don’t you know Magic?” Azoth asks,

“Just Fire and Wind.” Joltex says, “But I don’t normally use it for battle.”

“I see.” Azoth says, “Would you care to stay a while? It’ll take some time for my robe to dry off.”

“Sure.” Joltex says, “Though I’ve noticed that some have a less-than positive opinion on you, I usually don’t believe such rumors things until I see them for myself.”

“And now?” Azoth asks,

“If my friend trusts you, then so do I.” Joltex says with a smile,

“Good.” Azoth says, then he sits by the river.

After a moment, Joltex walked over and sat down near Azoth.

“I’d usually have some tea to share, but I’m afraid I don’t.” Azoth says,

“I’m good with tea.” Joltex says,

Upon mentioning that, Joltex saw Azoth glance and smile his way.

“So, what would you like to talk about?” Azoth asks,

“Well, do you know Fire and Wind Magic like me?” Joltex asks,

“Of course.” Azoth says,

Well, looks like Joltex came across Azoth while he was in the woods. Quite the rare encounter.
