Description
Wondered around downtown all night last Wednesday with , and .Had a blast, excepting that I was without a camera (it has since been replaced/upgraded), and by the end of the night/morning the tendinitis in my knee was making me want to cry a little. is my hero, by the way.
ANYWAY.
I took this using 's camera with his wide-angle lense. Also, I cropped it down, height-wise.
I'm not sure what I think of it. But hey, it's a photo from me. First in months. Expect more, since I actually have a working camera now.

I love this shot in particular with the angle and colours, I can just see a merry go round? in the distance and everything looks so welcoming

Thank you! And yeah, it's a merry-go-round.
It's shots like this that make me wish I owned a wide-angle lens, instead of just borrowing a friend's.

Yeah. My version of Photoshop isn't compatible with the 40D's RAW format software for whatever reason. So, I just used the Canon software that came with mine to convert it, THEN opened it in PS.
Pain in the ass, but it gets the job done eventually.
Thanks, btw.

i heart d.p.p. most professionals use it for sharpening, colour sat and exposure correction... it's good stuff.

Does the same thing PS's RAW program does.
