Oh my god that's amazing! Do you make these on the computer? If so what program do you use?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
LightofShelley In reply to AtlasMayer [2011-01-18 13:20:02 +0000 UTC]
yeah I made it with a program called "fractal explorer".
And there are also some formulas where you can download it for free (up to ten)

Very nice...one can meditate on that while chanting the gayatri matra! Perhaps you can do one for the Mahamrityunjaya mantra as well.

This is very nice. Still some speckling...??? I need to know what is causing this. Never seen it before on any other FE images.
Lovely colouring, nicely balanced image.

I guess I forgot to use the anti-aliasing on nine points! ^^

In that case you can always replace the current version by a better one within the same deviation
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
LightofShelley In reply to FractalMonster [2011-01-07 19:31:03 +0000 UTC]
but I think it looks much better without the anti-aliasing.

FractalMonster In reply to LightofShelley [2011-01-07 19:35:28 +0000 UTC]
Maybe, that's a matter of taste
BTW, often hard anti-aliased fractals may appear a little bit fad. However that can be corrected by a little bit sharpening ("unsharp mask" in Phototshop)..

..and also GIMP

LightofShelley In reply to FractalMonster [2011-01-07 19:51:21 +0000 UTC]
haha, what do you think? Is GIMP better than Photoshop?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
FractalMonster In reply to LightofShelley [2011-01-07 19:56:54 +0000 UTC]
I think GIMP is a rather nice software if you are used to it (I am not). I've tested the anti-aliasing (you receive it when you shrink an image, and that is as good as Phototshop
Anyhow I use my old version of Photoshop, but only for resizing, sharpening, Light/Contrast, and changing file format

That would just make the edges jagged. The rest of the image is fine. There is something weird. I am going to try to recreate the effect. As I don't know what you are doing it is the only way I can work it out.
You will be amazed once it shows up what it is.
Hope all is well with you and your family?
I see today some company called Bayer have been involved in some chemical that is killing bees and ultimately affecting the food chain...Hope it is not your Bayer???

well...it IS my Bayer...well, thank the lord, that I don't own the company.

That's terrible for you Shelley. They have been spraying the stuff in Chemtrails.

This all affects the food chain, you must feel terrible about it??? I would. No bees, no way to pollinate the plants for our food. I really had no idea you were related to big pharma. I hate them and the way they get everyone hooked on drugs just to make money. They are part of the NWO and the control we are being subjected to.
I don't think it is at all funny.
It is also one of the reasons all the birds and fishes are dying.
What do you think?

hey, Roz, no matter to be angry okay. I know what they are doing, I know what is happening.
Read the Journal that I will post in the Indigo- and Spiritual-Awareness-Group.
Perhaps you will know THEN what is actually happening.
I am on your side, Roz, don't forget that, my dear.

I am going to take a lot of reassuring. I have spent the last 2 hours looking up about all this. When I was married we used to keep bees. I spent hours watching them and all they did.
I will look at the journal. Do me a favour, let me know when you post it. I don't get them directly. I have too much stuff to deal with.

"pracodayat" is imperfect injunctive of pra + cud 'to prompt' belonging to the 10 ubhayapada conjugation if I remember correct. But I may be a little bit wrong

seven-s In reply to FractalMonster [2011-01-07 18:48:46 +0000 UTC]
I agree with your translation - it means 'to prompt' 'to bring about', 'to inspire'. But my understanding is not based on formal training in the language and grammar; I grew up in India and I simply recognize the root words instinctively, and of course, because I know the translation of the mantra. (I did learn Sanskrit at a very basic level though. But that training was irrelevant in the sense I understood the words simply because a lot of Indian languages have a vocabulary in common with Sanskrit).
But I am impressed...you obviously studied Sanskrit quite seriously.
Apologies to Bayermedicalsolution for rambling.

*..or "pracodayaat", the last "a" long in which case it may be conjunctive*
Anyhow You probably understand Sanskrit much better than me. My way to Sanskrit is a long story. However in Europe we just learn to read and translate. My special interest came to be the native grammar of Panini (paanini), see my journal The zero(s) of Panini and the mathematical zero His grammar is REALLY technical. He treats the the grammar as algebra and his grammar reminds of a computer software
Yet he probably not knew writing
