It was here in the forest many centuries ago he was legitimized as the Once and Future King. With the press and the world watching, he would draw it again to prove his worth. Thor had wondered if this was a test of worthiness like his own hammer had. Caliburn certainly inspired Odin to create the hammer's enchantment. No, this was about courage, potential and loyalty as a Knight to the people. Arthur draws Caledfwlch once more, claiming his right to rule Camelot and Convergence Earth.
