Looking into Oscorp, and thankfully, Steve had a warrant from S.H.I.E.L.D. since the Doctor and Clara were helping Spider-Man investigate a possible connection between Wesker and Oscorp. It was only a matter of time of looking into the past as well as other shady things Oscorp had been up to. The green coloring looked strikingly familiar to Steve, who notes it sarcastically so since Oscorp was revealed to have been in cahoots with HYDRA during the battle at Washington DC all those years ago. Thankfully, S.H.I.E.L.D. was going to step in once they find that proof and finally have all of the evidence to shut down Oscorp and subsequentially, Alchemax...
