Story:
Rex saw how a lot of the other fighters were displaying their weapons in fancy cases or frames when they weren’t using them, and Mythra thought it would be fun for Rex to do the same.

Notes:
Yeah, this was an idea I had. I remembered joking to my friends that swords were only useful as wall decorations, and then I went on to play like 50 hours of Xenoblade, where Rex’s sword is also his girlfriend(s), so the idea just sort of came to me to do something like this.
While this picture here isn’t animated, I put it in 8k so that you can zoom in pretty far. If you do want an animated version, that’s what the youtube link is, but its basically just panning all around the room for a couple seconds before it loops. I didn’t want to put it up on here because Deviantart compresses gifs so much they look horrible when the camera moves. Anyways hope you like this one.
