I love this place. This is Tollymore Forrest, near Newcastle, Northern Ireland, and it is one of my favorite places to sit and think, and during spring and summer, the smell of every flower in the area permiates you, it is delicious! and the sounds of the forrest, the wind through the trees and the water running in the river below, make this probably the most relaxing place I have ever been.This is my second entry in 's favorite things contest.

I like the composition the most of this piece. There is nice lighting that adds some very whimsical shading. Overall, the place must be amazing in person, but from the picture the viewer feels like they are peeking into a magical spot in nature. You captured the picture well, creating instead of a picture a window that could possibly be close enough to touch.

Tollymore Forrest, Newcastle, Northern Ireland. The place where C.S. Lewis got alot of his inspiration to write the Chronicles of Narnia. And Tolkin to write the Lord of The Rings Books. And the Hobbit, of course.

That is exactly what I do there. I can spend all day in this spot and never feel board or restless. However, there are so many amazing spots at this place, that I sometimes feel if I don't go and visit them, I will make them sad.

there are many beautiful places, but not to many that are so special to each person. that's individual feeling although some places do it for most of the people who visit.

Basically, it is a sitting room in the forrest. I believe that it was built for some bishop a long time ago to rest while he was visiting the forrest.
