With Super Smash Bros Ultimate literally a few months away and everyone else doing something like this, I might as well throw my hat into the ring.

10. Lloyd Irving
I have honestly never played a Tales game, though I would like to try out Tales of Symphonia someday, but Lloyd seems like a cool character and a great choice for a second Namco rep. Plus he's no stranger to fighting games as the image I used for him came from Soulcalibur Legends.

9. Crash Bandicoot
Aside from Crash becoming relevant again, he's also ironically had many of his games released on Nintendo consoles despite most of the advertising for the original trilogy featuring giant middle fingers to their competition. If the bandicoot doesn't make it into the base roster, then I hope he at least becomes DLC.

8. Geno
Between him and Sora for the second Square-Enix rep, I'm sadly gonna have to go with Geno for this one. While Sora would've been a cool character, getting him would be quite a challenge since Nintendo would have to go through Disney to include him. But Geno on the other hand has left quite a mark on their history since Super Mario RPG was pretty much a precursor to Paper Mario and Mario & Luigi.

7. Bandana Waddle Dee
Oh you might've seen him coming! He's pretty much become a major character in Kirby ever since Return to Dreamland and his spear would be very unique in the series.

6. Isabelle
Again, you probably saw her coming. Isabelle would pretty much be an Echo Fighter of Villager since I don't think she would have any potential for a unique move-set otherwise.

5. Banjo-Kazooie
Now these two have quite the chance! Not only is Microsoft willing to let Nintendo use the bear and bird, it would also be a great opportunity to reintroduce them to the public after.......actually let's not talk about Nuts 'n Bolts right now.

4. Skull Kid
Seems like Majora's Mask has been getting some decent amounts of attention lately with the return of Young Link, who's Final Smash we haven't seen yet, and the Moon becoming an Assist Trophy. Plus, insert comment about Sakurai's furniture here.

3. Shadow the Hedgehog
For the third time, you probably saw this coming. Many signs point to Shadow becoming some form of an Echo Fighter of Sonic with Knuckles now apparently replacing him as the Sonic Assist Trophy along with Richter being confirmed which means there can be more than one third party rep from the same franchise.

2. Isaac
Like Lloyd, I have never played Golden Sun but I do see that Isaac has great potential for a moveset other than pushing things like he did back when he was an Assist Trophy.

1. Shantae
At this rate, Shantae is probably the most likely indie character to become playable and the only one of the Smash Ballot's big three (alongside Shovel Knight and King K. Rool) to not be confirmed to make an appearance yet.
