He spoils his daughter Porsha and doesn't even care about her, as he was very disrespectful to her for embarrassing him and seeing her as a slave and talentless loser.

Another example of this is that he calls her a “spoiled little brat” just for not saying good night back to him, although Porsha was a bit bratty, annoying, overly dramatic and jumped into conclusions. However, his behavior isn’t any better than hers and he is partially the reason she acts that way, so it makes him somewhat of a hypocrite.

Allowed Porsha to do a dangerous stunt, that could have got her killed.

When Porsha "being fired" is heard on the news, he yells at her for humiliating him. This doesn't make him any better after she was later brought back in to perform in the show, as people didn’t think that she’s a talentless loser as Crystal thought, which Crystal was not happy about.

Although he did call off Buster's show due to the false news about Porsha got "fired", he should’ve been happy for his daughter being back in the show and knowing that Clay Calloway had arrived to the exact show as Moon told him, then would consider having the show back on as he got what he exactly wanted, but knowing that he called off the show and Buster Moon and his crew resumed the show behind Crystal’s back, he wasn’t happy about it, making Jimmy very ungrateful.

He threatens to throw Buster off a business building Jimmy himself owns after he finds out that the latter lied to him about knowing Clay Calloway.

Attempted to kill Buster by throwing him off the roof of the catwalk, only sparing him when his assistant informed him about the TV Interview.

Trash-talking Buster and his friends by calling Buster Moon a "teeny tiny loser" and calling Rosita, Ash, Johnny, Meena, Gunter, and Nooshy his "pathetic amateur friends" in Live TV.

After discovering Buster and his friends doing a secret show, he tried to shut it down.

He was willing to kill Buster not once, but twice. the first attempt from his own office at the top of his building and the second being on the set in front of the audience, where they could watch him going to be killed by falling through the stage scenery (however, he also did in front of his own staff too).

When Buster was locked up in Jimmy's closet. As Suki Lane got Buster Moon out, she told Buster to get of Redshore City immediately so he and his friends can be safe, and was rather shown to be scared of Jimmy as she told Buster this. This means that it is possible that it might've not have been the first time Jimmy acted this way.

After the show ended, he tried to take credit, only failing when he got exposed and arrested by his own members.

There was a scene when Jerry warned him about Moon illegally putting on the show, he gets out of bed naked, in front of Jerry and his guards. This is inappropriate for a kids movie on Jimmy's part.

He is presumably really disrespectful to acrophobic or fat people, as during the first day of rehearsals backstage, as he insults Rosita when she collapses in fear of heights by asking “Hey moon, you really think the mommy pig's gonna pull this off?”

He's also cruel to his own assistant Jerry, who's been very loyal to him and is willing to help with his crimes.

His assistant friend, Jerry, when Crystal got arrested, doesn’t seem to care about what he did and says he's “innocent” when he literally tried to kill Buster during the show.
