Cylest is a very excitable and curoius celestial being. She is responcable for laying out the stars above Europe. She loves observing human culter and it's many customs. She hates light polution, because she knows the humans down below will not be able to see all her hard work. Overal she is very bubbly, a bit stupid and a curious creature.
