FINALLY! SOMETHING I LIKE! I've been working on this for a week and a half and I've finally started to get an idea of the look I'm going with.Information
I'm debating on a hemingway-style footer, and I'm torn on whether to keep it the dark color or to go back to white.
I combined the two logos that I really liked and I like the way it came out. It's subtle but it has an identity, if that makes sense.
Now I'm excited. *opens dreamweaver*

I'm not exactly sure what a hemingway footer is, but I like the darker color, you should keep it. Too much white can get boring, the dark color adds detail.

The footer is a lot taller and has multiple columns. It was popularized by the wordpress them, Hemingway. See how it changes color the whole way across for the footer? I'm debating between the white of the header or just to a lighter shade (like the "this just in" box).
