As someone who only ever watched documentaries on lions, watching Disney's The Lion King, you never really know how big they really are. You imagine them being somewhat dog-sized.
Then you see them with people and it's like, youbigboiwatfuk?!, and that's scary. ono Their paws are literally bigger than my own head... But I still love them and I will cuddle one - o rΒ Β a l l - like I would cuddle a kitty...

My first time seeing how big lions actually are was a clip of a man who owned(?) or had lions in a conservation and because he had raised them he was the daddy... And they just cuddled him and I felt my jaw drop with how massive they were. Like, their heads and paws are huge.Β
And would that be before or after the lion has ripped it to shreds when using it as a scratching post? xD
