Taken while on a hike around Spooner Lake on the east shore of Lake Tahoe in Nevada last fall. The air was so crisp and fresh, it actually felt good to breathe!! *sigh*Related content

Oh yes, without a doubt. In a sense, places like this are my escape from reality. I cloud spend a lifetime exploring the Lake Tahoe basin (just wish I didn't have to spend a fortune to do it )

I'm sure it was worth every penny (or dollar!) but yes it is a shame we have to spend a fortune just to visit the places we love. I'm sure I was born in the wrong place!!
