Personality: Lapis is a pretty relaxed individual, though she is very blunt and unceremonious in her behaviour towards most, even to the Aristocrats and higher class members of the court. To most, she is an asshole. To some, she is an asshole who cares. Lapis has some anger problems, along with some trouble letting people help her. Her time with the mysterious 'Hope Diamond' court left her with some trauma, though her perception of herself has improved from what I can only describe as an ‘inferiority complex’ to something more productive. She has learned to use her short comings to her advantage, her cracked gem seems to boost her Ferrokinesis to a remarkable standard. And with that she keeps it cracked, but hidden. Because to be honest her gem really stands out in a crowd.

Fun Facts: - She's blind, though can see the magnetic fields of metals letting her see her surroundings kinda like echolocation.
- She can therefore always know which ways 'North' if she's on a planet.
- Her gem can 'leak' if the filling is dislodged in emotional distress.
- Tears are also this same liquid, the substance looks like liquid metal.

Backstory: lapis emerged in a Hope kindergarten back before the war between Hope and GCD. lapis manages even with her limited powers and no water manipulation in secret. Her ferrokinesis wasn't as powerful back then. But eventually gets caught for being defective. Of course she heard a rumor about the commander, and bargains her way out it. lapis would start getting some allies in response, to have her back. Beginning the foundation of her informant system. She meet Tanzanite during this time, during a scouting mission. The two of them grew as friends, they trusted each other is the important thing here. There wasn't much trust back then. But she gets caught for that blackmailing, the commander had been caught and so found to reason to keep the secret, and this time she gets her gem cracked as a punishment. She wasn't shattered, more like paraded around as an example as to what would happen if you were subordinate.

Of course she isn't just going to sit back and take it. Her anger and embarrassment was reaching boiling point, and by boiling point I mean she burnt her way out of her cell because the electronics for her door were damaged to the point were they stopped working. Also broke the electronics of the another cell in the process, letting another gem out. Somehow they agreed to help each other and with a the help of the other prisoner they book it and escape. Both had wings and flew off planet. She tried to gather her bearings but soon found that with most her power being inside her old court she had a harder time on the outside then she's like. Soon she found herself at Glass Diamonds throne room, and the rest was history.
