based on Tolkien's Quenya and Sindarin style Tengua lettering...i found all the rules and narrowed them down to the easiest possible explanation, which is still a little complicated at first

Do you mean, that a vowel for Sindarin would go over to the left letter, and for Quenya it would go over to the right?
