And my first Miraculous Ladybug fanart doesn't go to the show itself, but to a fanfiction called Shift by unforgetabELLE on AO3.
Some of you may know that shapeshifters are my weakness, so I pretty much devoured this fanfiction the moment I found it! 
I'm still hopeless when it comes to drawing humans (and cats for that matter), but I think I'm very very slowly getting somehwere. 
Also, the author told me that they never got any fanart for their stories. SHAME to all artists out there who can draw human art and haven't done fanart for them yet. SHAME ON THEM! My art isn't the best, but this fanfiction really deserves all the fanart it can get! 
If you're curious what scene exactly I drew here, then read the fanfiction! Since it's an AU, you don't really need prior knowledge of ML to understand what's going on.
PS: I drew this for fun and do NOT want to have it thoroughly criticized. I know where to look and what to do when it comes to improving my human drawing skills and I will do so at my own pace. Please respect that. Thank you

It is really nice, none of my friend like it and my best friend can’t stand it xD however I’ve had the cat pun thing down long before I discovered ML, so now I just up the ante xD

This is so sweet! honestly, I've been meaning to read the very same fic for a while since the blurb told me it was exactly my kind of fic but alas I've been so busy that I can't. BUT thanks to this scene you drew I lost all my self control and read it while in class.
Kudos to you for getting those expressions spot on! (sorry I couldn't help it >.<)
Also I've been ignoring all of your status updates (which I usually enjoy because ranting is always fun to read) because I'm STILL not up to date with the new season thanks again to all my work.... (tho with the previews I've been accidentally reading I know I'm in for a wild ride.)

It really is more of an internal panic than it is excitement. The next thing she says to him after this is "you're pathetic", so that pretty much sums up her emotional state towards our sunshine child at this moment xD

Her awkward little smile as she tries to look calm through her panic and Adrien's eyes angled with a bit of mischief and a bit of "wtf is happening?" is perfect! Thank you so much for drawing this!

Don't worry about it. The story is finished and the author updates very regularly. You will definitely see the end of this story and meanwhile get to enjoy reading while it updates

I had that mindset too, once upon a time (from August to November). Then I started reading not finished works and a new world was opened up to me! *O* There are some exceptional works out there, like "Bring me Back Home" or "Old stories, new discoveries" that are all not finished but still worth reading and not waiting for.
of course we all want to know how the story continues and eventually ends (it's called the completion principle and there have been whole studies done about it) but I personally think it's healthier to be calm and eager about it, than to rage about the lack of continuation

Healthy attitude ^^ I seem to have the tremendous bad Luck of picking the ‘outrageous cliff-hanger’ perpetrators, such as the classic “at her confession he managed to force a poor replica of his trade mark lopesided grin before his body went lax against her hold, breath haggered before he stilled completely. TO BE-FREAKING-CONTINUED”

I had "he pulled the shears out of his side and leaned on the bridge's railing with his right hand. His Cataclysm disintegrated it and he fell into the Seine, leaving only Marinette to desperately cry his name." and, as of recently "a gun was pointed at her." so yeah, I getcha :'D
