So since everyone is still alive after Extended Cut, this is the cheesy happy ending stuff that happens in my head:Shepard is rescued and promoted to catain and heΒ΄s gonna be reunited with his LI as soon as the Mass relays are back up! (how long is gonna take, really? I mean they built the crucible whithin a few weeks...)

That is the best ending to the Destroy ending
In my head, the best Synthesis ending is one where a green ghostly image of Shepard is standing next to Ashley, who is his LI. The best control ending is one where Harbinger is standing over Ashley while it blasts away enemy soldiers, and Ashley can see a blue ghostly image of Shepard standing next to Harbinger, telling Harbinger where to shoot.

They built the Crucible in three months. But they did this with a partial blue print and while was going on. The mass relays is still mostly there, just needs to be repaired. I would say one month. With the whole galaxy coordinating using QECs and eventually comm bouys, the majority of the galaxy can be reconencted within a year.
So Shepard will be able to give Tali her house on Rannoch.

Much, much better than before. I still hate the Catalyst, but I feel like it truly is the most superior of the endings.
