So...last summer I volunteered to do an Anime style drawing class at the local library. It was a lot of fun.
They offered to pay me to come back and teach another one in December.
I offered to do a flier and thought it would be cool to post the actual steps and info about what we'll be doing on it.
I'm still waiting for the exact date and time and location info before adding any wording and will probably rearrange and possibly resize some of the sketches then too.

The class will focus on Anatomy, shading and personal style and how to improve on those using references, lines and shapes in your process.
Anatomy and lighting are an important focus in professional art and most artists learn about these through figure drawing and anatomy classes. However, most teens don't have access to these classes until they reach college, if they're able to go to an art school at all, but there are plenty of resources they can find online and in books to start learning and improving those areas earlier.

Anyway, I'm obviously psyched about the class. XD
I've also been asked by some local parents about one on one drawing lessons for their kids. I think I might take on a couple of weekly or biweekly students next month. Yay!
