Disney's Basil meets Don Bluth style version of Anna.

Well, this is for certain. Anna would seem to be quite underdressed in TGMD universe in comparison to the Secret of NIMH universe. And being a human originally, this would make NIMH Anna feel very embarrassed. Luckily, TGMD Basil is a gentleman (much more so than the NIMH Basil...who is less empathetic towards NIMH Anna) and offers her his coat to help her cover herself properly than just her cape.
