A quick little watercolor I did up this weekend with my koi watercolors (which I sadly neglect much of the time). The background is just a very quick something, because I can't stand for there to be nothing back there. And washes are grand fun.Her head is supposed to be a bit big for her body, as she was meant to be a little cartoony. I'm actually quite pleased with her tail.

I love all your aquatic themed fantasies; the colors always seem to have an underwater feel (sometimes clear water, sometimes murky; always atmospheric).
