Pufferty (Tickety Toc)- Pufferty is a half train-half dog character who goes to Chime Time, which he is always ready to go to, he takes Tommy and Tallulah anywhere they want to go and loves to play with his ball. In Christmas Present Time, Pufferty wears an elf hat and can fly.
