Oh, how is it made ...
Well the whole outfit is draped on a manikin so it is a bit difficult to describe. The skirt consists of a bunch of circular parts in several layers. The collar is padded with wadding to keep it standing. The button is made of polystyrene ...Under the skirt I wear a bum roll to hold out the shape.
