Everyone and even their dogs have done humanizations about Monsters University, that's why I prefer to admire other's creation than creating some of my own.But then the other day I said "Screw it" to my brain, and just started drawing.
I'm still really unsure about Mike, but I like how the others came out c:

This is so well done! I love the human-ish designs you've given them! I do applaud your bravery in doing a cyclops!Mike and Celia; I couldn't muster up the courage to do it in my humanoid canon (I'm one of those who just likes to cover an eye with hair). And your Sulley looks so much like his true monster form; the eyes are perfect.
One criticism I do have, and this is just my personal opinion, but I think Randall looks better without the chin hair in human form, mainly to give a smooth-skinned appearance like a reptile (which lacks hair, but then again... would Randall then be bald as a human?). Again, just personal opinion in designing this particular character.
Overall, they are well done, and I would also like to know more about the OC in the bottom left sometime. Great job!!!
