Many of you asked me how I draw my eyes. Here's the answer!The instructions is meant to be for Photoshop users, but I think they'll maybe work with other programs also.
Hope this is helping!
I used Photoshop CS3 and a Wacom Bamboo tablet to make this.

btw, what does burn tool do? is it kindof like smudge?

burn just makes were ever u click darker. just a smidge though, the opposite of the dodge tool.

Nope! The sketch layer is in one, lineartlayer in another and colors under the lineart layer. I'm sorry, should have written that. No problem btw
