Description
This is Nicoga's character, Neo, in the Peace Keeper's world ^^. I'm trying (hopefully, I won't be lazy and will succeed this time) to draw all the homeworlds from the first Spyro game with characters from the Spyro Role Playing site (UW: [link] ) in them.
