Description
I was determined to draw something simple this time, and I found myself merely putting less effort to the drawing. There were a few things (e.g. adding background, changing the incorrect shading, etc.) that could have been done for improvement, but I just didn't bother.
The model of the wolf was taken somewhere from the web, which I had already lost the reference. I was quite confused when trying to place the limbs of the wolf somewhere in the drawing, and ended up omitting it. Forgive me; it looked more like those fur muffler (how do one call it anyway?) than a real wolf. And oh forget about the shadows; the hatching on Sirius' skin and the rest just didn't match. And I put too much black on Sirius' shirt. It should be three shades lighter.
(I always hate my finished drawings without exception. Never know why. But I get my drug-free high during the drawing process so that's fine. )
The road to be a skillful illustrator is long, and I have always felt the need of professional training, as well as C&C. Perhaps I have pursued the wrong field of study 7 years ago, and simply cannot turn back.
Oh never mind. I have loved to draw since childhood, and nobody can take that away from me.
