I was going to draw a more racy scene, like their first steamy moments, but I decided against it and went for a scene that gripped me in a different way. I really really loved this chapter. Y'all should totally go read it.

This should be the most disturbing setting with the hard uneven walls/floors, the stains, tattered and unkempt bits but these two hugging each other for the warmth that only a fellow spirit can provide bathed in this warm yellow light along with some of the background elements turns it around. So bitter sweet.

Uggg, I'm just about to go browser shopping again... Chrome no longer seems to be able to keep up with having multiple tabs of Deviantart and its nasty and sometimes infections (seriously DA do you vet your advertisers at all?) Ads. I can't comment like this. I need to spread out and look at stuff a bit. Maybe dig up some info or related art. This horrible lag and other nastinesss. I should have gotten a lot farther along tonight (and this costs me sleep!). *sigh*

And here you were teasing me about letting me use my imagination on a lightly sketched bed frame and then I see a fully realized water colored background like the good old days and I'm like !

Aw... this scene. I never drew this scene, and I'm not sure why, but you did a lovely job with it. It came out so emotional 8( Great colors. I love the lighting.
