You photoshopped her into an alien figure, this doesn't compliment women at all, because they don't look like this and shouldn't look like this. (again: regarding her figure and what has been changed in this photo)
It is not glamorous to display such a distorted photo of a woman without being honest about it.

the torso proportions are fairly unnatural. nice attempt at photoshop but this is also not a glamour portrait. there's nothing glamorous about it.
