For a school project I did a year ago. I was trying to re-draw scenes from animated movies that inspired me as a kid.I drew these back when I was first starting to learn how to "paint" on CS5.
This one is the "Remember who you are" scene from "The Lion King".

.......(pauses) Did you make this?.......Did you actually paint this? *gasps* my God this is the best darn picture of mufasa I've ever seen since I've been here in deviantart! I can't beleive this! This is the real thing, the real deal! this is art, my word fantastic. I don't think there are words that are comming out of my mouth right now, just shock my eyes are glued to this I'm speechless. I honestly thought someone just found a picture of mufasa copied and paste this from the interent but wow just wow your a talent being my dear you are the definition of talent I applaud you

Hahaha, oh wow! Geez! Thank you! It was a part of a project I was doing where I was trying to re-draw scenes from my favorite animated movies. I wanted to try to paint them as spot on as I could, so, if I fooled you for a moment, then I did my job!

you certainly did fool me I literally called my brother and asked him is this a painting or the real picture and half of my family said it was the real picture its so good its nuts
