Just decided to draw and a legendary Pokemon once in a while again. I do not usually draw legendary Pokemon, because they're so F@#king hard to draw and anatomy disappoints me sometimes. Here I'm not so happy with the shading of the lower body of Victini and the background could have been better and more creative. I couldn't come up with anything suiting Victini. (probably because we don't see him very often and don't have much background info about him, then it's hard to draw a bg fitting him. Didn't want to use a bg from the movie)
I failed a bit, hope you'll bear with me for the time being, but I like this way of drawing almost everything on the same layer. It's easier to draw and fix later on.
