I doodled this at work because I was bored and stressed and depressed, and I always wanted to draw Blues in those obnoxious shutter shades.speaking of haters, I hate how this turned out. But one day I will draw a better version.

I've heard it used around the internet here and there. Basically, it's like saying "What is this? I don't even know..." but the speaker is deadpan, and too confused to even finish the sentence xD
