EDIT*Although I didn't win 1st, 2nd or 3rd place with this piece, I did win Honorable Mention and a set of buttons. Considering the competition and their great art (there was just over 100 entries!), I think that's pretty neat! [link]

I loe how dark and emotional you made this. The heavy, dark colors speak of some deep sorrow, and Shadowbinder's downturned head supports it. I was originally a little disappointed with Shadowbinder's design, but this picture is starting to change my mind. Beautiful work.

I love your interpretation of the sorrow and down turned head. When drawing it, I was thinking, Low, slinky and heavy like the weight of shadows may be drawing her down. But that's the cool thing about art. Every viewer has a great take on it.
