It's Gib!
When I began watching DVD commentary of The Nightmare Begins, I heard that funny name - Gib.
Yeah, it isn't very hard to mess up with the names one day. 
So...I think Gib is Dib in GIR's dog suit.

When I first started watching IZ (which was only a few months ago), I heard his name as "Gib" instead of Dib and that's how I thought of him for the longest time.

It's such a cute picture! I love how you drew it, even though it's weird seeing Dib in Gir's suit. You should've drawn Gir crying in the background or somethng.

Gosh, well.... hm... other than this pic. It's pretty hard to imagine Dib dressing up as Gir. Oh! He would eventually get this really crappy version of Gir's robot outfit, and fool Zim into thinking it was Gir. By the end of the episode, Dib would've been going even madder than usual.

BTW - what program did you use to play your DVDs? I downloaded one which is supposed to override the region and maybe it does, but I still have other problems, like when everything gets stuck every 2 minutes :/ So I couldn't really watch it peacefully.

I use AnyDVD and after that I can open DVD in any program I want (I usually use Media Player Classic)
