Yes, I'm Russian. But we had subtitles. On the one hand it's a pity I could never listen to the songs in Russian, I'm curious...on the other hand...well, I'm happy because of that! Our dubbing almost always sucks! And I love the original voices and in general the songs in English.

I didn't like Johanna much but now I like her sing because of Phantom of the opera (she has got opera voice and I got used to this kind because of the Phantom)

I like the movie version very much, the voice is so soft. But I'm really sorry for the lines that were cut from the original song... So I love Celia Keenan-Bolger's rendition as well.
But I don't like Betsy Joslyn's rendition at all, that's for sure.

Nobody likes Betsy Joslyn. When she sings, it's death to the ears. I feel sorry for the actors that have to be around her when she does.
My favorite one's Jayne Wisener too. I always thought of Johanna as a docile, frightened girl who sings like a bird.

There's so many things wrong with the way she sings. For one thing, there's the timing. She sang "beckoning" too fast, and she also doesn't hit the notes the right way. Overall, there's so much wrong with her, the vocal coaches must've fell down and fainted from exhaustion from working with her.
