lol It is another word play in Russian language.
The writing says:
July - in honour of Caesar,
August- in honour of Octavian,
and winter- in honour of Zim!
You see, winter in Russian is Zima and the writing "winter" and "of Zim" is the same (the difference is in the accent - zIma (Zim's) and zimA (winter)
Just look: the first two are only the names of the months, and Zima is the whole season! That proves that Zim is the greatest of them all

I didn't even know that! I'm Polish and I was always sure 'zima' is Polish word 
It can mean that 'zima' appears in all slavic leanguages.
BTW, IZ is going to be aired in Poland in next year. I'm courious how many people will make mistake in pronounciation
