Hmmm... It varies from person to person honestly. Some find diapers nostalgic in a way, some like the feel of them, some like the look, and some like what is associated with diapers (being babied or nurtured in some way).

I guess learning basic anatomy would be your best bet (learning placement, how things bend, bone structure, etc.) I don't recommend trying to learn everything at the same time as it might be overwhelming. Just take it one limb at a time

My main weakness is drawing hands, I've been drawing for almost 5 years and I still can't do them.

Something that I do sometimes to get better at drawing hands is to draw my non-dominate hand in random positions from life. It's kinda challenging at first, but it's a nice change from looking up hand refs all day

Hey, love how much you've improved, your anatomy still needs a lot of work, but it's definitely getting there. Your faces are great and I feel you pull of the clay-like shading well, not making it drab and boring in color because of the blending.
As a few pointers to how draw diapers, in my opinion, (and you can disregard anything or all of it, I'm not a factbook) I edited two drawings of yours (this and #13).Β imgur.com/a/UimY3
My thoughts: Ok so the end of the legs got fucked on #13, but the overall leg shape connects much more to the actual body rather than standing out illogically, it's not perfect. Whilst I didn't do anything with the anatomy in #15 you can especially see with my way of diapering that the ass area is way too thin, I don't really get where the asshecks of the left leg is supposed to be, right leg is fine. When it comes to the actual diaper, real diapers are rectangular with wing-shapes at the ends (on the back it wraps out, decreasing in height after the asshecks, on the front it spreads out to the sides of your crotch to make it comfortable and for tapes to have a good landing zone. On the sides there is no padding, just plastic, since pee doesn't reach there, it's so far away from the genetalia. Most artists does this, and if it's how you like em that's fine, but technically you can only see back padding when you see almost portrait view of the ass, so any frontal perspective just won't show any padding on the sides of the diaper at all, just plastic clinging to the hips and padding on the crotch.
That's my two cents, treat it as you will.
