Been feeling like I've been stagnating so I wanted to try out some new techniques. Photoshop and a little bit of Illustrator, about maybe 20-30 or so hours.Related content

I think it's because I love the characters, so I put in a lot of attention to this piece. I spent 3 days for each just painting their faces! >_<

Wow, it's like a photo delicately painted with oil. The patterns on their clothes are beautiful, so delicate, it's even possible to see which fabric is thicker and which one is silky.

Thanks! Sometimes I feel like I'm limiting myself by just drawing "Asian things" but on the other hand it's what makes me happy.
I honestly find contests nerve wracking (this one being no exception), but all in all, it was a pretty good learning experience.
