One word to express it all. Yes, this is an earlier drawing of ST but i still find it captivating. Here we see him about 6205 days into his "isolation". After so long with out anything to grab, kill or even pet, the only thing there is to hold that's alive are spiders, daddy-longlegs spiders. Trying to catch mice or kick rats (because Springtrap is a fucking psycho) having an insignificant life-form crawling up your hand slowly and so carefully is, i guess, entertaining. The spider can't hurt him, it's not bothering him, it's just existing... Like he is. But ST is painfully aware that's All he's doing. That's all he's Been doing. From his early adult life to now, that's how it always felt. Maybe this is why he killed those children...? He knew that they would only grow up to be miserable and lonely and out of touch with society as just he was, as he felt and as he knew. Was it really that bad to exist, just as this spider exists? Even though there's nothing to look forward to in the days ahead, should just being here be enough to make one satisfied to keep on living? To keep going? Or is it delusional? In the end, all things die, crushing the spider in his hand.
