Oh, I don't even know.Actually, I did this for my sister, who just finished a book with a surprise shitty ending, and she needed some cheering up. And really, nothing puts a smile on yer face like tiny hedgehog John Watson. Shercat Holmes is easily bored, and is very excited about potential new cases. He's so excited he might decide to tear around the house, bouncing from wall to wall and knocking over all of John's plants in the process! John will just grumble and curl into a spiny little ball until Sherlock's crazies have concluded.

That's tricky... The show itself has a lot of other characters assume Sherlock and Watson are a couple, but Watson dates a few women in the show and Sherlock claims to be uninterested in sex period. The producers have said Sherlock and Watson are not a couple, but Steven Moffat likes to troll his fans, so you never really know for sure with him. Most fans ship the pairing, but I personally tend to think of Sherlock as being asexual.

Oh, the idea of Sherlock and John being a cat and hedgehog is a long-running thing in the Sherlock fandom. I don't know where it came from, but I love it! Original Holmes would be a fox, no doubt, but Cumberbatch could only be a cat.

I would totally watch a Holmes cartoon featuring cats and hedgehogs. Lestrade would be a good-looking dog, I think. Moriarty would have to be a cat, too. Molly Hooper would be a rabbit!

Awww! Molly would be such a cute little rabbit! And, yes, Lestrade would totally be a dog. Part of me agrees with you on Moriarty also being a cat because he says that he and Sherlock are the same, but on the other hand, I could also see him as a fox or a snake (in the director's commentary they say that his movements were inspired by a snake or a lizard, the way he moves his head from side to side). Moriarty's Manic-ness does seem very cat-like though... I'm torn.
