Overdue update...anyway, I know Captain Filch didn't exactly look like this in the 80's TMNT series, but, really, he was meant to be a bad-assery pirate.

He REALLY didn't act or look like much of a threat, let alone like much of a pirate, he had the voice, but that's it. So, I decided to make him more of a "stereotyped" pirate, trying to stay true...mostly, to his original colour scheme and design. Only, in this universe, Filch is more sinister and willing to kill for progress, much like Shredder.

I guess the vial he's holding has some sort of radio-active chemical that he uses during the experiments...or something. Trying to create the ultimate mutant-soldier/army by any means necessary, thus, keeps attempting to recreate the mutation process with various people.

Anyway, the four brothers analyse what they're really up against, and come to realize, that Shredder has been supporting Captain Filche's experiments on people, funding his trials, giving him facilities and materials to work with. The picture on the computer screen is a security shot, an image of some of the many victims already claimed.

If you're confused as to how Filch has anything to do with Mona, Nari and Venus, is because they were each experimented on by him and mutated (Nari's case is different, but I won't get into that...), and each survived, barely.

And a crappy flashback of Shredder with crappy affects...woooo.
