Guess I’m on an oc revamp rampage. This is my original character called whisper. She is obviously inspired by Harley Quinn, namely Bruce Timm style. I guess she’s psychic if she can project invisible objects….?Unfortunately her life of petty crime eventually leads to her gruesome demise (important to the plot though).
