It's is very high minded and large-hearted to be a giver and to share with others what you have.
But have you ever felt abused by people who only take what others give and never give something back?

I usually try to focus on less popular stamps, but in this case, there's no way I can pass this up. It's so true, and I'm sure anyone can think of two or three examples of both sources and sinks in their own lives. I'm no exception.

Hm. The way I see it, people would both give and take in an ideal world. However, sometimes people become burned out and are unable to give. They go through a phase of only being able to take, barely holding on. Since they can't give back to those who are nurturing them, the "source" people must find a variety of different sources to stay emotionally and mentally healthy and not become burned out.
I see it less as "give and take" and more as, people finding support for themselves and trying to pass on what they can, if they can.

An interesting topical subject to say the least and I believe we all know people like this in our lives. Sometimes you can get them to see the light be various methods, others are just lost and are a statistic in their poor social upbringing. But...what can you do besides move on, Excellent work on this and congratulations on the DD!
