Description
So this happened recently when I was going out shoppingThe acquaintance said he thought I was 17 or 18 because Asians were usually really short and looked younger than their age.
I mean come on I may be short for my age but I'm not THAT stereotypically short... am I??? And i don't get how a lot of people say I look more older than my age ._.

Hehehe you could have also spelled "cry" with an 'A' in it as "crai"
When I read this, at first I didn't get it without the description- even though it reads well! But then I only kinda got it at first because I was still thinking about the Reply I was typing. Then I just came back and read again and got it better.
Wow. He actually told you you were stereotypically short?! XD I think you should have been too confused and too much like WAT to be able to crai for this. I know if it's me, and there's something where I have to think too much to figure out that I was supposed to be hurt by it, then it doesn't bother me much!
Soo... wait... He basically was telling you you look older than you are, but there was a problem with that because people that age are supposed to be taller, BUT THAT, too, is fine, because of stereotypes?! I mean, Asians do tend to be shorter than Westerners, but stereotypes?!
Good thing you could laugh this off enough to make a comic for it.
And speaking of making, even though it looks like you drew this in only a few minutes, it looks super good. When I try to draw in 5 minutes it looks so crappy. When YOU draw something quickly, it's masterful. These are really nice drawings here that show you really have control of your tool!
You put this together well, and of course, the quickly-painted-on tear was totally the best way to do that part.
How long DID it take to make this?

Yes, straightforwardly. Of course I didn't cry in real life hahahah XD but yeah i managed to keep my "what's" inside and reply casually XD and yes there are stereotypes for this XD
Thank you! (Sorry if my thanks is rather short but if you were talking to me in person I wohld be stuttering because I don't know how to reply to compliments XD ) But in my view (to be really honest) this comic still looks crappy because I never focus on my art and that's why i don't improve haahahaha that tear idea was from several memes on the internet that I randomly sstumbled upon
I don't really check the time when I draw so I'm not sure but maybe 15 minutes? 20?

I've seen that kind of tear in internet memes too, and for some reason, it's much funnier in certain situations to just digitally throw a no-shading-or-highlights colored tear onto an existing drawing than draw ones.
And yeah, this comic does look a bit crappy, BUT it also looks amazing, and, well, the reason I say that is because... Well, it's obvious from looking at this that you're really really good at art, but it's also obvious from looking at this that this is not your final form ultimate potential! I didn't want to give too much praise for something we all know you did in 15 minutes because that's insulting!
BUT truly, this... this is like the comic equivalent of a speedpaint, or something. It was done quite fast, and in that time it shows a great degree of skill because only real good artists could make something that good that fast. So that's why I had to comment like that that much. Only someone as good as you could do something this good this fast.
Like look atΒ this drawing. This crappy drawing Β took 30 minutes. Twice as long as your comic did, and look how crappy and small it is! Something THAT SIMPLE took a half an hour for me!
That means you're good.
I checked the time when I drew my crap so I know it took 30 minutes. ;n;

This is so true hahaahh and I wish I could but noooo my family JUST had to be so extroverted and make friends all the damn time which means whenever they make friends I gotta introduce my self to them (which is why this comic happened) because its polite y'know oh well I gotta bear it anyway XDSΒ

YES. It's funny, and also wise advice, actually. Just stay with your friends and other kids in middle school, and MEET NO ONE outside of that- not even family members you don't know until after.
Middle school actually isn't a good time of life to meet people. :/
