Ronan is the type of girl who loves curling up with a butterbeer and a thick book by the fire while its storming outside. She's not unable to socialize but would rather focus on her studies most of the time, since she genuinely likes most aspects of learning (though honestly, History of Magic is just a chore to everyone, and she will never believe someone who says they love that class; she loves history as well, but that teacher is just so droll). She especially loves Apparition and is very good at it, her other favorite studies being Charms and

She is wary around new people but, once acclimated, is very loyal to her friends. As for sports? She isn't averse to them, but would rather not get hurt playing Quidditch; those games can get nasty very quickly. Regardless of injury, though, Ronan would rather be reading or hanging out with friends. She very much loves tales from the past (which is ironic, because she hates her History of Magic class). If you mention something about myths or cultural lore she'll get super excited. If she were a Muggle, she would probably be an anthropologist.

She is calm in nearly any kind of situation. It takes a lot to get her riled. That said, this motherly side only goes so far. If you cross the line with Ronan, she will get very angry and will defend her allies (and herself, on rare occasions) as needed.

The union of Agnus Delón and Marie Everast was, at its core, a prearranged affair- their respective pureblood families, with all their claims of being progressive, still wanted to keep the line "clean". Ronan, called Ronie by her mother, was the result of that marriage.

Later on in Ro's life she learned that her parentage was actually quietly disputed among her family. Some of the elders whispered that her mother, unhappy with her father's controlling tendencies, had a secret relationship with another man. Though each side of her family embraces her with open arms regardless of the rumors, they mostly see her as a prize; Ronan is smart and clever, and therefore an asset.

That said, she is very close to her mother and somewhat alienated from her father. Ronan and her mother are far more open minded to non-Purebloods (ie, they don't think of them as any different than a normal person), but her father is not. He would like her to find a Pureblood wizard to continue the family line with, though Ronan feels this is not her end goal in life. She isn't sure what she wants to do (which is a bit scary, since this is her last year at Hogwarts), but it must be something intellectually challenging and interesting.

Her mother is from the United States and her father is from the United Kingdom. Ronan speaks with an accent that blends the two, if you can imagine that.
