Awh you're very welcome! :3
I love looking at it, but I'm pretty scared of it too, especially on a boat or something x-x

This is very cool! A super awesome pirate lass indeed. I like it lots. It actually reminds me a little bit of the pirate girl painting I did years ago... here is a link to mine (mine is titled "Katarina"):

Although I gave Katarina a bit of a slightly childlike look to her, and made her a transgendered pirate lass since that's never been done before.
But both of our paintings are awesome, just for different reasons! I must say, all of your art that I have looked at thus far is incredible and simply lovely. Keep up the wonderful work!

I like your Katarina! Katarina is a great name for a pirate girl. I like her sword!
I forgot to give mine a weapon.. silly me!

Actually, that just makes it a bit more interesting when trying to imagine what sort of a weapon your pirate lass might use. Might she be proficient with a cutlass, a rapier, or perhaps pistols? And that sort of a concept is cool too. I am very happy you like my Katarina painting also... it is one of my older ones, from when I first started doing that style of painting, but though old it is still interesting and one of my better-done images from that time.

Tons of details everywhere ,and loving the proportions.
Lighting brings about a warm outdoor - sailing Β atmosphere, while the shading gives the piece depth, while keeping a soft and flowing feel.
Good job on the texturing, it looks realistic , on the eyepatch ,ropes, the wrist bands , the wood, her corset and the strap around her thigh.
Her eyes really look good, the blue compliments toward the awesome oceanic background.
Her key features look very realistic, the mouth / nose /(the entire face actually) / her arms, hand and hair.
All other decorative details , like on the wristband, the shirt's frills , the golden inlay on her hips look very good and also add toward looking great, while contributing to an "at sea" atmosphere ( what sailor doesn't like gold ? )
Really cool lighting going on with the sails and reflected light
hope i didn't miss anything ...

Was trying to do a 50's pinup arm resting on top of breast kind of thing, I couldn't stop the hand looking like a limp squid! Time to re-think the pose xD

xD, yeah, I actually have a rule now where I have to have at least one hand on show, I was gone very bad for finding ways to hide them.

That's a good rule I used to hide everything I didn't want to do as well.
