Made this and thought I'd share it; This is the raccoon toon idea I came up with, but made into a 3D model
A comparison has also been made between the toontown cat head model as it was said on reddit thay they where similar.

Cute. The fur tufts on the side might be a bit too high-poly for Toontown, though. Everything's really low detail, so it might not blend into the game well unless it was smoothed out to one or two tufts. I like it, though.
