In fact I just realise that the global image could be a car painting...And the black stuff would be the side glass of the car, is this right?

The bottom half is beautiful, but the black almost ruins it completely.

I love how the image itself is in the vague shape of a boat, though the large patch of dark purple/grey at the top looks rather out of place.
